It refreshes very fast, so that you can have all the advantages of instant chat combined with a record of what you said before. It is totally confidential, of course. Say what you like. Give away your outside e- mail address, or your phone number as soon as you are ready. It is best to be pro-active and send a few messages to the people you "fancy" most. If you just wait for others to send messages to you, then you miss out on talking to all the people you yourself would choose. You can SweetTalk as many people, as you like. Each conversation is confidential between you and that one other person. The whole thread of your SweetTalk conversation is kept for you. When you go back to that person, you can see exactly what you both said, even weeks earlier.

Private notes really are private. Nobody in the world ever sees them but you. Use them to make notes as you look at someone's profile. No more embarrassment as you get someone's children's names or their favourite sports wrong! Of course you can edit and delete your notes. Some people never use short lists; other would not be without them. You can select people you might like from any search result into your own short lists. You can have up to six short lists, each containing up to 20 entries. You can search a number of times using different criteria, and pull out your choices into one of your lists. At any time you can then select from any short list. You might have lists for people you want to talk to, but not make a relationship;

Your short lists will be saved for you, so you do not have to make fresh searches when you have logged on and searched recently. This saves a lot of time and fuss trying to remember details of people on your last search, particularly where you are searching in more than one geographical area. You can view your short lists immediately you log on. You can edit the list easily. The short list feature is exclusive to Where Singles Meet. Once used, you'll never want to be without it.

List favourites for your convenience. Note especially that you can give people access to your photos by putting their names in your favourites list. Edit favourites just like any other short list.
